Returns Policy

At WTFork, we are committed to your satisfaction. As all our products are custom-printed and made-to-order, we only offer returns or refunds in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or lost in transit. Please review the details below on how to submit a claim.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us at info@wtfork.com within 20 days of receiving your order with the following information: 

  • A description of the issue 

  • Photos clearly product showing the defect or error (if multiple items are affected, please submit a photo of each product)

  • Your order number 

Once we review and approve your claim, you may choose either a replacement at no additional cost or a refund to your original payment method.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost, first verify that the shipping address you provided is accurate. If the address is incorrect, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or replacement. However, if the address is correct, please contact your local post office to ensure the package isn’t being held there.

After completing these steps, email us at info@wtfork.com with your order number, and we will investigate further. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a free reprint of your order.

Refund Processing

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect delivery address
