Each recipe features ingredients chosen for their medicinal properties, helping to cleanse the body and jumpstart your health journey. Here’s to delicious beginnings!

Cucumber, with its hydrating properties and abundance of silica, supports skin health while helping to flush out toxins. Kale, a powerhouse of chlorophyll, works to detoxify the liver and promote healthy digestion.
